MDL Group has bolstered its investment property sales and acquisitions business with the addition of Senior Vice President, Geoffrey West and the launch of the West Commercial Investment Property Advisors @ MDL Group. This also includes analytics resources and strategic consulting services for current and future clients of MDL Group. Geoffrey brings more than 25-years of experience exclusively focused on commercial real estate investment sales in the Las Vegas market. Geoffrey is essentially a native Las Vegan, having lived in Las Vegas for over 46 years. He attended UNLV and graduated in 1995 with a degree in Finance.

Geoffrey West started his commercial real estate career as Assistant Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Lending with U.S. Bank in Las Vegas in 1996. He transitioned to brokerage in 1999 at CBRE, where he rose to First Vice President of Capital Markets in the Private Client Group transacting office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use sales. Following that, West served as Senior Director of Capital Markets Investment Property Sales and Acquisitions at Cushman & Wakefield for over a decade, where his expanded property focus continued to include all commercial/multifamily property types, plus hospitality and portfolio sales.

Mr. West has represented clients in the sale or acquisition of over $1.5 Billion of investment properties in Southern Nevada. Some notable transactions include: the disposition of 1.36 million square feet of office and retail properties for America Nevada Company (Greenspun Family) totaling over $250M, Barclays call center properties in Green Valley Corporate Center, Turnberry Associates owned office buildings at Town Square, the Westin Las Vegas and Hooters/OYO Las Vegas Hotels.
