Recently I had the pleasure to represent two franchisees of Capriotti’s. The national restaurant chain has more than 110 locations in 15 states, offering various cold, grilled, and vegetarian subs, cheesesteaks, and salads. The restaurant is well known for its Bobbie sandwich, which is like having Thanksgiving any day of the year with hand-carved turkey, stuffing, and cranberry all inside a fresh roll.
One of the franchisees signed a lease for an approximately 1,300-square-foot space at The Merge, a new mixed-use center located in Eastvale, CA. The Capriotti’s space is located in a multi-tenant building adjacent to Sprouts. This location is currently under construction with an anticipated opening later this year.
The other franchisee signed a lease in the Walmart center in Moreno Valley on Moreno Beach Drive. This space used to be a GNC and is approximately 1,500 SF. Plans are currently in the works and an expected opening will be early next year. I am looking forward to both grand openings and will take lots of pictures to share.
