ULI Asia Pacific has announced the formation of three new product councils: Industrial & Logistics, Transit-Oriented Development and Infrastructure, and Office, together with their co-chairs this quarter.
Tim Wang, co-president of Logistics and Industrial Real Estate, GLP China, and Robert Yap, executive chairman, YCH Group, will be leading the Industrial and Logistics Council.
Peter Brannon, Asia regional practice leader, SOM, and Gareth Wong, chief executive office, MITBANA Pte. Ltd., will co-chair the TOD and Infrastructure Council.
Paul Edwards, general manager of workplace experiences, Mirvac, and Yiwen Yang, senior vice president, Brookfield, are the confirmed co-chairs for the Office Council.
