Michael Arena
Started his career as a early hustler running his own landscaping company from his teens through his college years. After his professional lacrosse career ended playing in Vancouver, BC he moved into sales and became VP of Sales Ops at a lacrosse recruiting company. After selling his shares and going up the corporate ladder with Staples Business Advantage and Paychex. He moved into his last role at Reonomy where he created relationships with investors, banks, and the top brokerages across the U.S. Michael lives in North Carolina and travels from Brooklyn, NY to Miami, FL often for business. He resides in North Carolina with his amazing wife Jill and fur children Mason and Piper.
Juxhino Bala
An expert finance and sales professional whose proven results have earned him a reliable reputation for quality service, responsiveness and follow through. Juxhino corporate career began in college at a small family owned asset management, Blackwell Research, where he learned how to utilize a wide variety of financial analytics tools and how to price assets. There he built standing relationships with investors and financial institutions which he continues to work with. Later he transitioned his experiences into the film and entertainment industry, while working at Moving Parts production company where he worked with clients like Amazon and HBO handling wide variety of sales and operation responsibilities. Lastly he transitioned into software sales, working for Negotiatus a SaaS startup in NYC where he learned the basis of how startups operate. It was at Negotiatus where he was inspired to start his own company with his long time friend and business partner, Michael Arena.
Having spent his youth growing up in several places across Eastern-Europe, North America, and mainly the New York City and Upstate area, he understands diversity at both a personal and business level as well as the importance of getting funding to the hands of our investors as quickly and effectively as possible. On a personal level, Juxhino is currently residing in Astoria Queens, one of the most diverse places in the world both on a cultural level and culinary level (what he enjoys most).
