JLL Retail’s national and local leasing teams worked together to maximize value at Manhattan Village, a lifestyle center in southern California established in 1982. Together, the teams added 10 noteworthy tenants to an already strong lineup. Following a $250 million redevelopment managed by JLL, the center will feature gorjana, BOA Steakhouse, Sushi Roku, Faherty Brand, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, SunLife Organics, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream and Yogurt, Silverlake Ramen, and Smashburger.
Thanks to a strong relationship with Macy’s, JLL Retail was able to purchase three pad sites owned by the retailer at JLL-managed Rosedale Center, established in 1969 in Roseville, Minnesota. The transaction gave Rosedale’s owner control of the real estate and generated a greater return than expected. The property is preparing to welcome four new tenants to those sites: Raising Cane’s, Aspen Dental, Caribou Coffee and PNC Bank.
JLL Retail’s national and local leasing experts curated a lineup of fresh dining tenants for Ka Makana Ali’i in West O’ahu, established in 2016. Serving Hawaii’s fastest-growing community, Ka Makana Ali’i is now home to Shangri La Restaurant & Bar, an expanded Kickin Kajun, Taco Bell, and West O’ahu’s first Olive Garden and Taqueria el Ranchero.
