When Donald Trump left the White House on Inauguration Day, skipping his successor’s ceremony, he flew to South Florida, which has become a base of sorts for his inner circle since election results became widely accepted.

Facing a hostile reception in the ex-president’s previous home state of New York, the former president and his wife, Melania, have opted to spend their post-White House lives in Florida. Others in his orbit, such as former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale and Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas, have long called South Florida home.

Here’s a look at where Trumpworld has put down roots in the region.

A. Donald and Melania Trump
Mar-a-Lago Club
1100 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach

Donald and Melania are living at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach. They have attempted to make the property their permanent residence by using the argument that Donald, as president of Mar-a-Lago, is an employee.

The Trump family also listed the beach home across the street from Mar-a-Lago for sale for $49 million. The property at 1125 South Ocean Boulevard previously belonged to Trump’s sister Maryanne Trump Barry, a retired federal judge. She sold the eight-bedroom, 8,270-square-foot mansion in 2018 to a company controlled by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump for $18.5 million.

B. Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner
Arte by Antonio Citterio
8955 Collins Avenue, Surfside

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have been living at Arte by Antonio Citterio, a boutique condo building developed by Alex Sapir. The couple plans to move to nearby exclusive Indian Creek Village. Sapir’s father, the late Tamir Sapir, and Bayrock Group partnered with the Trump Organization on the scandal-plagued Trump Soho in New York.

Ivanka and Jared reportedly purchased the nearly two-acre lot at 4 Indian Creek Island Road in December for $32 million, although it has been rumored that they are looking to buy elsewhere on Indian Creek.

C. Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle
12215 Tillinghast Circle
Palm Beach Gardens

Trump’s son Don Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, were under contract to buy adjacent homes in Jupiter, but those deals fell apart. The couple is now reportedly buying the five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom estate at 12215 Tillinghast Circle, the Palm Beach Post reported. Listing agent Carole Koeppel of Sotheby’s International Realty declined to comment on the pending deal. The home, which spans more than 11,600 square feet, is on the market for $6.5 million.

D. Tiffany Trump
The Setai Miami Beach
2001 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

Tiffany Trump was looking for a condo or house in Miami Beach, Page Six reported in January. She was living at the luxury Setai Miami Beach condo-hotel with her fiancé, Michael Boulos.

E. Joshua Kushner and Karlie Kloss
2318 North Bay Road, Miami Beach

Tech investor Joshua Kushner, Jared’s younger brother, and his wife, model Karlie Kloss, paid $23.5 million in August for their waterfront Miami Beach mansion at 2318 North Bay Road. Hospitality mogul Keith Menin sold the eight-bedroom, nearly 15,000-square-foot mansion to a land trust that was later tied to the couple.

F. Lev Parnas
La Corniche Circle
Boca Raton

Florida businessman Lev Parnas’ last known address was a 2,900-square-foot rental home in Boca Pointe, a country club community in Boca Raton, according to the Palm Beach Post. Parnas worked with Rudy Giuliani to dig up dirt on Trump’s former political rivals.

The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half- bathroom home is on La Corniche Circle in Boca Pointe, records show.

G. Brad Parscale
2319 Desota Drive, Fort Lauderdale

Former Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale made headlines in September when his wife alleged that he had barricaded himself in their Fort Lauderdale home, armed, and was threatening suicide. He stepped down by the end of that month, but met with Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago as recently as February, according to Fox News.

The couple listed their 3,400-square-foot home in November for $2.9 million, and sold it in early March for $2.7 million, just as TRD was going to press. They also own a condo at Tiffany House in Fort Lauderdale, formerly known as the Gale Residences, which records show they acquired in 2018 for $895,000. That townhome is on the market for nearly $1 million with Katrina Campins of Campins Company. Campins also represented the Parscales in their home sale.
